Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived there for a year and I am so glad I moved out. Problems with staff, non-existent neighbors, bad repair jobs...
The first thing I saw when I walked into my new apartment was a paper plate plastered to the wall to cover a hole from the previous tenant, I presume. The staff seems nice at first but, if there is an actual problem with anything...good luck. When I tried to resolve an issue with the apartment I was told something different every time I called and went for weeks with no response from the owners. Finally, when I was able to reach them, they transferred me to an extremely rude woman. She gave me an enormous amount of unwarranted attitude, told me there was nothing she could do, and hung up on me. Not such a great way to run your business if you ask me. These people are NOT professional at all. Half of the staff have no idea whats going on.
Don't plan on making friends here either. Almost everyone stays completely confined to their apartment.
Not the greatest place to be if you have kids or plan on walking around outside. No one picks up after there dog!! There is poop everywhere!
Also, the rent goes up every year. The place isn't cheap to begin with. There is no washer and dryer unless you want to pay $40 extra a month.
I've lived in college apartments for years. I'm used to dealing with issues and people. College apartments aren't always the greatest on any level but, I'd rather live in one again any day over this place.
