I lived at the Mansions for a year, and I found that the mgmt are crooks. They are notorious for keeping people's deposits, and mine was no exception. The apartments are comfortable, but poorly made and the walls are paper-thin. Mgmt is weird. If you are moving to the Albany area, Hawthorne apts (I believe that is the name) by Crossgates Mall is nicer and mgmt is supposed to be very good and rent is lower.
