Where do I start...People are super nice, its extremely quiet and the amenities are awesome. Thought it was super nice and a perfect place to live but little did I know about the issues that would follow. Maintenance is horrible, it takes them forever to get to your work orders and sometimes the work orders you put in mysteriously aren't in the database. The management is also horrible, they seem nice but they don't really care about you.

The biggest thing that everyone needs to know about is the mold that the buildings have. I found mold in my apartment and it made me very sick. I found out that its pretty much in every other building too. Other people that live here have also had problems too. They got rid of it right away and my symptoms went away which is very good but they told me that all the buildings are suceptible to it. So the mold will be back in spring. Management didn't deal with the situation very well. I left messages with management many times and they weren't returning my calls. Only when I threatened to make a complaint with the owner did they call me. Don't move in here if you value your health!
