Very Expensive and certainly not worth the price. As others have noted the walls are paper thin. I was unfortunate enough to hear my neighbors screaming at one another on a nearly daily basis. The stomping around upstairs sounded like what I imagine a herd of deer sounds like. The new management is just as lousy as the old and quite possibly worse. On two occassions this past winter, I had to shovel my own parking spot in order to get to work. They're supposed to handle snow removal (one of the few things they pay for) and they simply didn't do it in a timely manner even though they could have. The insulation is awful and consequently the cost to heat my apartment and hot water was ridiculously high. Don't move here! The only good thing about the place is its location.
