The current office staff only cares about collecting the rent. They do not care about their tenants, the complaints they have, or their rights. I spent several sleepless nights in my apartment because the neighbor upstairs would play loud music on a consistant basis. After several complaints to the manager, NOTHING was done. We were lied to and told that letters would be sent and phone calls would be made. One time we were told that the neighbor would be moving out soon and not to worry. This also turned out to be a lie, it was another neighbor 2 doors down that actually moved out. Finally, we were told that unless the mansions could catch the neighbor playing loud music there was nothing they could do. This is funny, because on several occassions I requested that someone come over to hear the loud music and NOBODY from the office ever showed up after they promised they would be right over.
My question is... Why do they even bother to have tenants sign lease agreements to uphold the rules when they have no intention of enforcing them' If you want added stress in your life by dealing with ignorant management then this is the place for you. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Obviously, education is not a requirement for working here.
