MAINTENANCE IS AWFUL

I enjoy the size and setting of my apartment but maintenance is AWFUL. They rarely address any of your needs and if they do eventually show up they do a lousy job, have attitude, and if they need to return to finish something rarely follow up. People live in apartments for exactly this service and it is not provided. Much as I like my apartment, this level of service is unacceptable and I would not recommend the place. Additionally, many of the office workers are rude. Costs too much to have to put up with such nonsense.
