Is EVERYWHERE!
At first is was a controlled issue only in the bathrooms. Now it is everywhere. Floors, walls, sinks and the smell of musty/mold is overbearing. Bleach does nothing to combat the problem anymore.

If we were not already moving out soon I would make a few phone calls to the health department. Not worth calling the office. They do nothing about well, anything.

If you are still considering moving here even after reading all of the negative (all true) reviews, do yourself a favor and ask what has been done about the mold issues and what steps were taken to clean it/prevent it. If you are told they were unaware of any mold run in the other direction.

What have the tenants done to combat the mold problems? If you're not calling the health department, you're certainly not part of the solution, either. Bystander Effect in all it's glory here.

Um...hate to say it but if there is THAT much mold there is a moisture problem somewhere in the house, either from a leaking roof or coming up from the ground. Basement apartment more likely to have it for sure. the one we rent has mold too because of bad drainage from an adjacent gutter and a leaking roof. So, this is NOT the tenant's responsiblity to control.
