Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
has not been updated since built. built with cheapest materials.bugs all over the apartment. you can hear all your neighbors opening and closing doors walking and talking. issues are not taking care of MOLD. the monthly electric and gas are crazy over $120 a month for a 1 bedroom since the building was built so cheap there is no insulation and the windows leak. down stairs apartments have heating ducts in the ceiling so its always cold. the kitchens are TINY!!! IF YOU DO DECIDE TO LIVE HERE TRY TO SEE A REAL APARTMENT NOT THERE NEVER LIVED IN MODEL.
