STAY AWAY!!!!! has not been updated since built. built with cheapest materials.bugs all over the apartment. you can hear all your neighbors opening and closing doors walking and talking. issues are not taking care of MOLD. the monthly electric and gas are crazy over $120 a month for a 1 bedroom

Good I've lived in these apartments for 3 years now. Most of the staff is friendly, with the exception of -----. Its not that she isn't friendly, she's just short on words so she can come across as rude. Maintenance is prompt; every request I've ever made has been taken care

Very good experience I've lived in Adams Station Apartments for 4 years, and have found the apartments to be in outstanding condition and the staff (both office and maintenance) to be friendly, responsive and helpful.
The apartments are bright and sunny, the grounds are beautiful

derzee i just moved out and i must say it wasn't too bad i always had any issue taken care of in a resonable amount of time they have a really nice lady in --------- in the office but then a stuck up snobby lady in -----...pray you never have to deal with her!!!! maintance was alright -------

A different outlook... Adams Station has been my home for three years and I believe the office staff has always been respectful and responsive. Before moving here, I owned my home and would have loved to have an office to call when I had a problem and have it resolved within a few hours!

Unfriendly and unresponsive I have lived in Adams Station for two years and am ready to move out. The office staff does not care about their tenants and nine times out of ten neighbord are unfriendly. Also, the large apartments have no laundry hookups in them which is sad. For the price you

staff is awsome I recently moved into my apartment and I have to say my experience has been amazing. The staff has been friendly and helpful. the two small maintenance items I notified them about were fixed with 24 hours. What a pleasure.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management in this place is terrible and they will take every penny they can. You even have to pay for your own water!! The management never returns calls or does anything about an issue you may have. By far the worst place to live in the capital region. BEWARE!
