This apartment is in a great location, the neighbors are harmless, and the maintenance crew is on top of things, except at winter time. There are a few minor problems such as rent goes up every year, the shoveling and plowing should be done more often. The landlord is always on top of things as well. He might not be around at your convenience, but he gets back to you ASAP.
