My apartment had few to no problems. Location was convenient...can walk to grocery, banks, Kmart, etc.
Complex had a nice, park-like appearance.
Problems included some sketchy neighbors, poor/late in morning snow removal (problem for getting to work). Poor response on call back one day when trying to contact management/maintence due to poor snow removal making me late for work.
Management seemed to be making changes when I left...not sure if for better or worse.
Takes pets.
