They are great at selling the place when you first come to look at it, at least at the time I came to look at it a couple of years or so ago, but then the complex management was changing.. They tend to hire ones that have the good looks and charm of a model so they can get you moved in, once you are here, the professionalism of wanting to keep you here is not the best. Fortunatly I haven't had much trouble with things in my apartment, but the maintenence staff can be rather dumb and rude unless you cantch them at a good moment which is rare. They make promises that they can't or wont keep unless you go psyco on them to fullfil a promise they made, in part to humor the resident and fear of what might happen because you have to go balistic on them to get anything done. The snow shoveling is a joke here, especially if you cannot lift or are NOT able to shovel. There are alot of elderly and handicapped here and that sucks for them that they have to try to deal with things like that. And the shoveling around the mailboxes is another joke that even the mailman has complained about to no avail. The drive in thru the complex, the snow gets so packed down from the maintenence staff driving the maintenence truck up and down (they have mastered that quiet well and do a great job on that part of keeping the drive packed with snow to the point it is ice. Am waiting for the day someone gets hurt, either a resident or visitor and they get sued, if they haven't already.

Depending on what section you live in the neighbors can vary from quiet and mind their own business to others that gossip and want or need to know everything about you no matter how personal. The staff mood can vary to very nice and polite and friendly to not much of any personality at all and have no time for whatever your issue might be.

If it weren't for the neighbors in my section being polite and minding their business, keeping to themselves, and all that I probably would have ran screaming along time ago.
