Deposit not being returned

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Briarcliff Apartments do not return the deposit. I have been following up for close to 10 months and still have not received the deposit. The calls do not get returned, answered and there are lot of issues. As it is the place has a lot of other issues and added to that, the deposit does not get returned!
