apartments aren't too much updated unless you call 15 layers of flat paint and dirty carpets updated. walls and floors are very thin and theres a huge spider problem. rent is pretty reasonable when you first move in until its time to renew..then they hit you with 25.00 a year until it's not worth the apt. you have. nice gounds and a perfect place if you have pets you don't want to clean up after. watch where you step.
