After reading the previous comments, I can't agree more. When I moved in any problems we had with the apartment were taken care of immediately and properly. We had a few things that needed repair and were done so properly and in a timely manner.

Now it takes weeks just to have someone come look at a problem, and another week or so to get it fixed. We needed some painting done in the bathroom from the painting cracking and chipping. When I came home after they had done their work, they didn't clean up the sink or bathtub from paint chips or the dirt they left behind from their boots.

The A/C leaks and leaves stains on the wall. We had them come to sand and paint where the wall was stained, and again they left a mess and did a horrible job. After these two instances, why should I ask them to come back'

In the winter, the entrance ways were icy and I almost slipped and fell. A tenant actually did fall and break her ankle on the ice. The solution...Bags of salt were put in the basement. I guess it is now our responsibility to be safe instead of theirs.

They have also changed their office hours so that I am unable to go to the office during the week as my work hours are the same as the office hours.

And just this week they installed "NEW" washers and dryers. Well, the dryer is set for 20 minutes of drying. There is no way any load of laundry will dry in 20 minutes unless you put 1 article of clothing in there, and it better not be a sweatshirt.

Unfortunately I need to stay here for another year as I need to control costs in planning for a wedding. Otherwise, I'd be moving. And you can count on me no longer being a resident after we're married.
