I have been at Lancer Court for quite a few years now. About 3 years ago new managers started. Everyone here was used to the old manager who let them to as they pleased. I must say that the new manager does not let the people get away with things they used to. The first time I was late I was shocked that I received a notice. It was explained that it was policy and if I had been late in the past I should have received on. We are always told that if we need repairs, please call the office. A work order was written and my repair was done within 2 days. It was nothing major but it was taken care of. The staff has been very pleasant and take care of the place. The grounds have improved greatly and this is one place that I can have my pet. The problem is the tenants that want pets and refuse to clean up after them. But that is to be expected no mattter where you live with pets. Just because someone does not know your pets name does not make them a bad person. If we do our part they will do theirs.
