Those last two comments must have been written by the managment at Lancer Court. The grounds deplorable. There is dog feces everywhere and the management does nothing about it. There are sidewalks in disrepair, ice and snow every where.
When you call to ask for a repair, you wait and wait and wait. Then they finally show up after 20 calls to the office. When theydorepair what ever is broken it is done wrong. Ahhhh yes that is the real Lancer Court.
The managment is terribly rude and is inconsiderate. They do absolutely nothing. Oh wait they so like to harass the tenants.
Tennants have loud parties allnight long.
Nothing is done about it.
The managers are also very mean to the staff. Discrimnatory if you will.
I have rented at Lancer Court for 7 years. The former manager was awesome. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. If dog feces became a problem it was taken care of immediatly. If you needed something fixed, it was fixed that day you called and it was done properly.
It saddens me to see what has become of Lancer Court.
Do not be fooled by the previous reviews, this place has gone downhill and hit rock bottem.
