I put in a work order and the work was terribly done. The managers just do absolutly nothing all day long. To many belmont tenants. Especially when there are tenants who do not have any assistants and are paying top dollar for for their aparment every month. Toooooo muuuuch belmont. Not fair to the money paying tenants.
Management is also ripping off tenants by charging them for their pets upon signing lease and charging another fee every month.
Management is MEAN. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
Lancer Court is falling down and no one cares.
