Lancer Court has been nothing but trouble for us from the start! Last year we came home to a raw sewage overflow into our apartment because the lines are old and clog easily. I'm not saying we came home to a clogged toilet, we came home to raw sewage erupting from our toilet and tub all over the bathroom, hallway, and second bedroom. They expected us to clean it up, and when we refused and called the health department they "cleaned" it, but did not disinfect in the walls or under the sink! They also pulled all of the carpet and molding and left holes in the wall that they never fixed. Then, we were infested with mice that came in through a crack in the foundation. They were slow to fix the hole and their answer to our infestation was a mouse trap!! We caught over 12 mice on our own and it took a long time to rid us of them and be able to use our kitchen again!! Do not rent here!!!!
