These apartments are not so great for the rent i pay here, there are foundation problems which alows water to flood your apartment if your in the garden level. Occasional mice running in hallway and water dripping down the wall from the toliet above. You have to keep the heat at 70 or above during winter or pipes will burst water in to your apartments(this was a recent letter sent to the the tentants from management about the pipes) I mean really..What kinda cracker jack staff is this' One good point! Maintance is very helpful and they try and deal with their very limited resources. These guys are miracle workers...!
