I lived here for just under a year...It was so bad we actually got out of our lease early. Management was horrible...I had to pester them to get anything done, and while I can't speak for current maintainance, we waited over two weeks to get a flooded toilet fixed, and when the guy finally DID show up, he was so drunk that you could smell the booze from down the hall. They fired him after that, but the key to our apartment happened to be missing from his ring when it was returned, and despite asking them to change the locks SEVERAL times they never did.

We had squirrels living in the walls for the first 6 months, no doors on the cupboards for the first month, a rusted dishwasher, which was eventually replaced after we refused to pay rent, a MAJOR spider infestation, carpenter ants AND neighbors that complained if our alarm clock went off, the cat ran around or we attempted to so much as WALK in our own apartment with our shoes on.

Do not...I repeat, do NOT rent here.
