If you like apartment maintenance employees with access to your apartment keys, and entering when no one is around so they can look around and steal stuff and other things, then this apartment is great for you.
Management has a closet with all apartment keys. For whatever reason when I checked out, the maintenance guy had the key to my apartment when no work was being done on it or scheduled to be done it. Hmm, go figure.
