I am currently living in this over priced trash bin. It is labeled as a "luxury complex", but I get the feeling it is only luxurious for the office and maintenance staff and not for the residents. We have had more plumbing problems with this apartment than we have ever had in 7 years combined elsewhere. The staff just does not care. That is the bottom line. If there is a problem (like mold, water, plumbing, heat) they send someone to fix it that does not know what they are doing and then expect you to be home all the time to let them in. Even when we were not home and said we did not want anyone in here while we were out, THEY STILL CAME IN. We read the reviews but ignored them...BIG MISTAKE. There is too much competition to put up with living in a place like this. The model apartment looks nice, of course, but what you get is nothing like it.
