Awful Mistake - I have lived in Park Lane for less then a year and I will not be renewing my lease. Lovely Neighborhood Moved in 2 months ago into a two bedroom at Park Lane West (the older section). The apartment has new carpet and fixtures. For the age of the buildings, the apartments are well maintained. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room that appear to be very new too.

Just Say No!!! I had the unfortunate experience of living here for almost a year. The office staff was extremely rude and ignorant. They say it is a "luxury apartment". That is only if you consider luxury to be your shower door falling off...
