This apartment complex is the worst place to live in all of Western NY. The management has no idea how to deal with people and the apartments are not worth the hassle.
When moving out it was a complete nightmare made worse by the management. It took over 2 months to receive a portion of our deposit back. We were charged over $500 for damage to the carpet in which was in the same exact condition when we moved in. If they find a spec of dust in the final walkthrough they will charge you $30 a pop.
The management of the Autumn Creek apartments did everything possible to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. I have lived in 3 other apartments and I must say this was far beyond the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away, far away.
