New Owners are worse than the old, if that is even possible. Rent is extremely high considering the all of the constuction on the property/in the direct community. New Management lies! Over the past month, I have had issues with theft and increased noise on the property. Maintenance is responsive to come and fix problems in an extremly timely manner, but then they never really fix it, just tighten a few bolts, etc. Give it 2 years, and I bet they start accepting section 8.

| We are excited to have the opportunity to manage Autumn Creek for the new group of visionary owners that recently purchased this beautiful community. Our new community manager has successfully managed one of the largest rental communities in this area for the past 4 years, and has an impressive background in apartment marketing and management in Florida for over 25 years. We have expanded the office and maintenance teams, as well as our office hours, to provide our residents with exceptional service rarely found in apartment communities. Our experienced team of professionals will treat you fairly, honestly and with respect. We are truly committed to our residents and want to exceed their expectations. Our written Customer Service Oath is our written promise that if we fail to live up to our commitments to our residents, we will not only correct the situation, we will also refund their rent for a day. Our Customer Service Oath will also help our residents in the event of a Job Loss, Job Transfer, or House Purchase. Financial investment in the community included expansion and total renovation of the clubhouse, including all new furniture, to make our resident???s parties feel like they are hosting them in their own home, which they can reserve free of charge; expansion of the 24 hour fitness center with new equipment; a computerized work order system to ensure 24 hour response time to service requests; free DVD movie and game rentals with new titles monthly; concierge services for our residents; the addition of a toddler playground; picnic tables and barbeque grills were added throughout the community; outside lighting was upgraded throughout the community; new snow removal equipment, golf carts, and a truck and plow were purchased to better serve our residents and expedite snow removal services; the construction of storage areas for the additional storage needs of our residents; extensive blacktop repairs; and a community wide exterior painting project. Landscaping included the addition of over 150 six foot blue spruce trees, numerous shrubs, flowers, and a professional landscaping service was contracted to maintain the lush grounds. Our pool project included expanding the sun deck to accommodate all the new pool furniture and lounge chairs, hiring lifeguards, and investing in a new innovative technology that eliminates the use of bromine and chlorine. This summer our residents would not have experienced odor, stinging or red eyes, irritated skin, or bleached out bathing suits while they enjoyed our crystal clear water. These are just some of the exciting new changes at Autumn Creek with many more to come. The goal of our energetic team is to offer our residents the best in customer service and a residence they can truly be proud to call home.
