I've been at Autumn Creek for a little over 2 years, and so far I like it a lot. The apartment is very big, and yes it's a little on the expensive side, but in a way you get what you pay for. The complex is the largest I have ever lived in, and it is quite full now, so there are a lot of people around. The noise is definitely manageable, and most of the neighbors seem pleasant and fairly considerate. I really do like the new management- I know the rent went up, but they have brought some positive changes in. I have only had to call maintenance a couple of times, and the problems were fixed quickly and fixed the first time. The neighborhood is great- very convenient to shopping and restaurants, etc. This was the nicest place I saw when I was looking to move here, and I'm happy I picked it. The only thing that will force me to move from here is if the rent gets too high, other than that I'm really happy here.

Actually, no, I'm not a worker, just a resident who has been pleased with the overall experience at Autumn Creek. Is it nirvana? No. Is it a nice place conveniently located with decent amenities? yes. Is it expensive? yes, but I still stand by that to a certain extent, you get what you pay for. So believe me or not that I don't work there, I just live there, but when I was looking for apartments I was looking for this type of review- no rose colored glasses, just an assessment of my experience to date.
