Its not worth the price. The gate is just a hassel. Your guarenteed to lose cable/internet once a week. The parking spaces are way to small. The walls & floors are way to thin so you can hear every move your neighbor makes. One good thing is they allow all pet breeds but the bark park is a little on the gross side. Rent each month is never the same price. Its always up a little or down some. The staff/maintence although have always been friendly. The size of the apartments is not worth the rent you pay. Trying to get out on Chancellors Run Road at rush hr ha more like good luck. Overall not worth it. Their are more cons than pros living here. I would recommend you search else where before living here. Its not worth it.

This is clearly for a different Hickory Hill as there's no gate, no bark park, and no Chancellors Run Road in the area.
