DIRTY and overpriced Please save your self the stress of icey sidewalks and dirty hallways the staff is never to be seen. We went without a toilet for 3 days, this place is over priced and under maintained. We are moving ASAP.

Nice neighbors great manager I would recommend Hickory HIll to anyone. If you have any concerns Kim responds immediately. My mom had a problem moving her car during the winter storm and Ms. Bingman actually stopped and pulled my moms car out of the snow bank for her. Great skills!!! Great job

Great placeto live My mom was a resident of Hickory Hills for quite some time and really enjoyed it. The staff and management was always very courteous,when she had a problem they were there. Always a pleasure. Being a single person on ss it was very affordable.

Not worth the price/Would look else where Its not worth the price. The gate is just a hassel. Your guarenteed to lose cable/internet once a week. The parking spaces are way to small. The walls & floors are way to thin so you can hear every move your neighbor makes. One good thing is they allow all

NOT SO GREAT In the winter of 2006-2007 our apartment roof leaked a lot of melting ice. It was so bad I had 5 water falls in my living room. It took over a month of calling to get it fixed. Also the buildings are like toothpick buildings, the ceiling is pulling a way from the walls I have
