We've lived here for about 6 months and have had no major problems. The little things that have gone wrong, maintenance staff was there the same day to fix it. The grounds are very well kept, apartments are spacious and the tennants are very friendly. During the winter months, the snow was removed quickly and we've never had problems finding parking spaces near our apartment. Lots of outdoor area for kids to play. Plus, we were able to bring our cat, which was a concern when looking at other complexes.
