i have lived here for going on 3 years now. its very conveinant for me because i can walk to work from here. but that is where the good things end. i have had more problems with the management than i can remember. but here are the ones at the top of my head.

1) my first year i had my hot water tank fail and it damaged my contents. come to find out the unit was installed in 1979!!! they should be replaced every 15 yrs at the latest. after we took care of that....

2) i was in the hospital for emergency surgery for 2 weeks for my apendix. i called and told the management my rent would be late (due to the emergency nature, i did not think to grab my checkbook before being taken to the hospital), and came home to an eviction notice on my door. i eventually straightened this out with them.

3) before i moved in, i was shown an empty brand new unit. when i came back 3 weeks later to sign the lease, i asked if i would get the same unit i looked at. when i tried my keys in the door, they did not work. i was told to go to a different unit, that looked more like a studio than an apartment.

4) there are too many kids around the place, and are very annoying. more so than other complexes.

5) the a/c units are ineffective and take way too much electricity. my summer electric bills are more than my winter bills with electric heat.

6) managment is ok, with the exception of one manager who pretty much hates everyone



the maintaince guys are actually pretty nice. and the people in my building are average at best. if the locatin works for you, great. but definatly dont go out of your way to live here.
