I don't know what the other people are talking about with mice, and other bogus claims. You'll find mice ANYWHERE in the world, esp around a complex that's surrounded by wooded areas. People need to realize that. Hell, I saw a deer run through here, I wasn't calling the Wildlife and Game Society to remove it.

We've lived here for over 2 years now and things are great. Everyone in our building is a joy to live around, and management has always addressed and FIXED any concerns we've had w/ maintenance issues, or otherwise.

The grill situation was unfortunate, but that was NO management's issue, it was the East Greenbush Fire Department. Any unhappy resident should take that up w/ the FD, not Horizon Ridge. And it was way more than 3 days to remove them. There are dumpsters all over the complex, so a "large dumpster" provided for this is the same dumpsters provided for trash in general.

We've had no major issues for one reason: Any issues we do have are taken care of and addressed fairly by management. This is a great place to live, and it's the reason why we've renewed twice already and will in the future.

Sidenote: As ANYONE should know, you can get on a monthly budget for your bills to keep your winter and/or summer bills pretty much the same per month. Our average for this apartment (a 2 bedroom on the lower level, facing SW) is about $145. Budget plans aren't for "poor" people, they're for ANYONE trying to manage decent heating and a/c bills.
