Lived there for nine years. At first the manager was a wonderful person. She got fired. Then there were a bunch of young ladies, mostly pleasant. Then the beast came. She was always looking for rewards for anything she did. Problems with sewage back ups were never solved and she eventually found ways of blaming me. The work men over time acknowledged that the owner would not fix the problem which existed in several buildings. I stayed because of recurrent illness and needing to keep working. That one person was a nut who lied to her superiors for when I complained about her met with insults and was told they knew what a problem I was. Other tenants I spoke to also found her intimidating. They spend a lot on landscaping and building new units, but none on the basics like the plumbing.

I have the same problem with the plumming,which overflowed sewage into my bedroom,bathroom,hall and closet
