I have lived at this complex since 2005. I work in Hudson and this is a great complex close enough to Hudson to make the drive not so long in the morning. I have had no problem with mice (although I do have two cats so maybe I have :-) ). I have had a couple things break in the apartment and the maintance was there the next day to fix whatever problem. They were fast and effiecent. Also I normally get home about 5:05pm so I never make it to the office to get packages. The girls in the office always accomadate me so that I don't have to wait until the weekend. All my neighbors in my building are great neighbors and very friendly for the most part. There is alot of parking but sometimes not where you need it all the time, that would probable be the only negative thing I would have to about the complex. I love this complex and probable will sign again next year. Another great addition to happen this past year was discounted Time Warner cable and Roadrunner. The price is added to your rent and taken out at the same time. The fee is around $55 which for all of you who have roadrunner alone is around $40. This gives you basic standard cable and anything additional is billed through timewarner. The complex also has both gas and electric heating is different apartments. The Gas heated has central air and the electric has wall a/c units.
