these apartments are very convienent for work in albany or at the tech park....i think this is why people continue to stay.
1.the insides are very nice to the eye as well but overtime the floor peels up in the kitchen....
2.you are not living with only your apartment....you can hear everything from surrounding apartments..the builders did not include insulation or firewalls i would assume due to the noise level...you hear everything even normal conversation voices....
3.then if you happen to have a year of insects that continually take over your apartment be prepared for no immediate action...there are 4 week waiting periods for exterminators to come and then they dont even spray they put down more bait...and yes the office will continually ask you if you know how the ant bait traps work and yes we do BUT after a month and a half of ants and you still see them and they still are coming in and you still can not put your furniture back and keep food there....they are not working..the maintenance staff is very friendly they are only following orders which is to do little to nothing.

honestly i am stuck for now with my schedule BUT i recommend finding somewhere else to move...you could rent a townhouse for the price you pay at forrest pointe....if after things calm down and i can not break my lease i definitely will not be renewing my lease for another term when the time comes and this is the action they take for a tenant who has been here for 2 years and was putting up with the noise problems...what will the do for you if you just move in'
