Twin Home We have rented a "twin home" for one year here and have had no problems. Maintenance has been great (usually same day service on requests)and front office staff have been friendly, professional, and accommodating. They were flexible with us on a lease extension required

Great apartment!!! I have lived at Forrest Pointe for almost 2 and 1/2 years with no problems. The apartment is a great size for one person. I have not had many issues with noise at all. Any time I had a maintenance issue it was taken care of right away. This is a very peaceful and quiet

Not worth the money The management ignores maintenance requests (I've been waiting for four months now on one). Parking is tight, and my car has been hit twice in the parking lot by my neighbors. Walls are paper thin, and there is zero enforcement of the noise policy.

Very nice place to live I have lived at Horizon Ridge Apts. for almost 5 years and in that time have found it to be a very nice place to live and raise my children. Alot of open grass for the kids to play, and other children to play with.Have had a few maint. related issues but they were taken

The apartments are infested with mice The other day my 1 1/2 year old son brought me a dead mouse he found. There are "things" Running around in the walls and across the ceiling. I am moving out as soon as I can. It is a rat hole with a decent exterior.
