The people in the office are cold fish, unwilling to do almost anything to help out a resident.

I had to contact Newsday inorder to get the management to move a handicapped space. They were almost sadistic in their response. The handicapped spaces were furthest from the building. It took months to get them moved and they did it only after a columnist from newsday who writes a seniors section called them and asked if they wanted him to write about their lack of effort on the matter.


and they will not fix the bathroom fan.
