I read all the negative reviews here and every bit of it is 100% true. They don't treat you at all like customer's which is what you really are. There is no such thing as customer service at this place. Once you are in, They make you feel like they are doing you this big favor renting to you and basically it's their way or the highway.
They cater to themselves not you. And when you call they are rude and condenscending. Don't even get me started when it comes to money and your deposit...
The one good thing is the apartments are a nice size with nice size rooms compared to other complexes on the Island.
