Just moved in, saw this survey on line and had to comment.

I may have only been at this complex for a short period of time but I must counter the other comments listed on this website. The office staff is pleasant, prompt and the maintenance staff has responded within two days of my request for service.
When I moved into my apartment the carpet was either new or newly cleaned and the walls freshly painted.
We have two cars and have always found parking adequate. We've never had difficulty in finding a space.
The pool is a treasure ground. Newly resurfaced and meticulously clean.
The price for the apartment is the best on Long Island.
