Dishonest management, dirty but affordable

At the time of signing lease, they literally rush you to sign it - mentioning that the stuff is "standard". Do not believe them -
They charge different rents from different people. Slap you with "surcharges" during winter. Management will not even re-paint if you renew lease.
The complex is dirty - I found people not
cleaning up after their pets relieve themselves in the front of apartments. You'll find ugly yellow urine patches on snow.
NOTE: Wait for the third lease renewal notice, they drop the rent by $150.
