That is never a good sign. I was severely dissatisfied with this complex. The walls are so thin that I heard the people around me talking, walking, "going to the bathroom" and even having sex! The complex is poorly maintained and the management is AWFUL. I had a question about a form that was given to me by the management and I was YELLED at like I was a child. Completly unprofessional behavior. The complex is not safe at all. I have seen several safety violations, including fire violations! Water, not just hot water, is shut off without warning. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
