I moved into this apartment 9 months ago..... since then I have killed 8 field mice, various numbers of spiders and ants, and lets not forget the half of my building that burnt down. As a result of the fire(which was caused by leaking gas dryers which we complained about)I have had periodic ;osses of heat, hot water, and just plain old no water. The was never anyone who notifies us of these outages. When my rent came due I recieved a 62 dollar rebate of rent for "fire inconvienience" but still had to pay the fuel surcharge for heat and hot water that was not available. They refused to pay the hotel bill the night of the fire and took 2 weeks before notifying the tenants of the future prospects. We were offered a replacement apartment for an additional fee. Basically I can safely say that I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemies.
