am i the only resident who is completely outraged by this outlandish and unheard of fuel surcharge, which they are making a HUGE profit on'' if you share my resentment and currently live here, maybe we can do something if there are enough of us. email me at rcsoka@hotmail.com

oh i forgot to mention my neighbors are annoying a**holes that only talk to us to complain about noise coming from us from upstairs. if this bothers you alot, dont get a downstairs apartment, thats why we didnt!!!!
