I lived in the La Bonnie Vie apartments for over five years. In that time i enjoyed hte gym and pools because it is a great way to unwind after a long day and perhaps meet new people. I have had little problems with the apartment in which I lived. I do remember an instance in which the heat went out in my apartment. The maintenance personnel came over the following day and resolved the problem. I've found them to be very professional in the care of the complex. The grounds are kept very well and the office staff is very professional and they answer any questions that may arise.

let me guess you work there and are posing as a renter. well tell me did you get a raise from all this bull that you wrote in here?

here's why i think this was written by an office employee:
1. used the pools after a hard days work? THEY'RE NOT OPEN AFTER A HARD DAYS WORK. its closed from 5-7 when most people get off work. and often times its not even open on friday nights so they can have bingo night for some old people. this place caters to the elderly retirees on almost every issue.
2.speaking of the pools, why dont we mention that the staff is a bunch of greedy s.o.b.'s looking to charge you for every little thing, including:
-fuel surcharge: 60$ a month. dont even get me started with this. i guess there profits are down, so what better excuse to skim more money off residents than to blame rising fuel costs?
-clubhouse fee: 15$ a year, for RESIDENTS (not included in rent)
-i pay my rent on time every month. late by one day, one month: 70$
-lock your keys in your apartment by accident? oh sure they'll let you in, and then charge you 10$ for it
-they put our rent into an account to collect interest. we get a very small sum of money back from this(20$). they then take 15$ out of this for "landlord fee", whatever that is
-oh, and if you want to bring a guest to the pool its $5, every time
3. on what planet is there office staff courteous and professional? they treat you like children if you use the clubhouse facilities.(asking for your id every time in spite of seeing you often) my fiance tried watching tv at the clubhouse and one of the staff actually pulled the remote out of her hands!!
