Although my husband and I have only been here three months, we are very pleased with La Bonne Vie II.

Our neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful and professional, and the maintenance staff is here the next day to address any issues.

For those who lived here before the renovations, the complex is no longer brown and dull but modern looking with the application of new vinyl siding. La Bonne Vie II has also begun to renovate the laundry rooms.

The common areas are well maintained as are the grounds.

We will definitely be staying for a long time.

wow you have lived there only 3 months and already you needed the assistance of maintenance. that is very sad. well i hope that you enjoy living in a place that is very rude. good luck with the office clerks. oh by the way you should have read up on the place before renting, i used to live there and it's horrible.

It sure sounds like the above response comes from someone who works at LBV. "Our neighbors are friendly, the staff is helpful and professional, and the maintenance staff is here the next day to address any issues" If that dont sound like it came from a company brochure...I'll eat my socks.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Yes... I too love my neighbors, i actually do but the OFFICE STAFF...how can they sleep at night??/EVIL!!!
