It has been a process, but getting better. The grounds need to be updated and a power wash wouldn't hurt. The staff is wonderful, especially serina and Stacey!!!! It's really just the outside of complex is not so nice. No other complaints other than that

Few slight problems include, servicing/maintenance done without giving renters notice. Causes renters to be unable to use water at certain times and creates noise disturbance. Grounds are not well kept. Snow removal delayed.

Apartment rooms are very spacious and heating is good in the winter. Very quite and even though there are children and dogs the yard is well kept and clean. recent repairs and new machines in the laundry room is a plus.

My only complaint is the substantial and exaggerated rent increases. Be prepared for rent increases as high as 9% every year. You will also have to pay an additional $500 per year for club amenities even if you do not use them.

Totally satisfied. Grounds kept well, management good to deal with, maintenance responsive. Great place to live, quiet and well kept. In a good location for shopping and central to public transportation.
