I am still living here till my lease runs out. The models that you see are oh so nice, they do not allow you to see the actual apartment you are going to be getting before the day you move in. They are extremely slow in fixing anything. The cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchens are from the early 80's when these apartments were first built. The neighbors have absolutely no respect,care, or concern for who has to listen to there loud music, or there banging feet, or barking dog in the apartment next to them or below them. That just shows you the class of people whom rent here. I do not have neighbors, i have people who live next to me, neighbors would say hi and goodbye, not pass you by with a dirty look. The "organization" will enter your apartment without a decent warning for something as foolish as the hot water not being as hot as otherdays when it is 20degrees outside. I would of never known they had entered had my burglar alarm not went off and the central station called me at work!!! To say they have laundry onsite is a joke 4 washers and dryers per area for approximately 45 apartments, and people so disrespectful to leave there laundry in hours after it is done, and they hardly ever have the lights on, so don't think you can do laundry at night. The snow removal in the parking lot is deplorable, my 82yr old grandfather shovels his driveway better. And as far as the "club house/fitness center" you need more than a treadmill, and a stationary bike to make a fitness center. They spent so many months renovating this pathetic space, and the only difference i saw was they took away the television and put some used books!!! If not for my two year lease, I would be out of here!!!
