Old appartments
Old applicances, my electric bill was more than my current house electric bill.
Disrespectful neighbors.
Cars were constantly broken into.
They allow huge extended families to live in small appartments. One family had 8 people in a one bedroom appartment.
Worst of all, they steal part of your deposit when you move out.
The woman who inspected my appartment when I turned in my keys said everything was fine, but she said she could not give me anything in writing. Then one month later, I got a deposit back minus $500. Everyone I know who moved out lost part of their deposit.
