When I first moved in I had such high hopes, soon to be squashed. First day neighbor downstairs said we have to tip toe or it's too noisy and we were reprimanded when he complained. People were shooting guns next door but we were too noisy. Laundry rooms never worked. Doors and closets kept falling apart and maintenance never fixed. When leaving we were charged for all those items. plus if you don't leave exactly on the day your lease ends you lose 2 months security and the rest goes to fixing their rusted deteriorated building. Management nasty and no one under 18 allowed in clubhouse or pool without parent, even though they had a lifeguard and nasty manager watching. My kids sat in the apt all summer because I worked. There wasn't even a playground they could go to. In winter the snow was not removed for days. Ice was never dealt with. I wouldn't wish that place on my worst enemy
