A large number of the staff are rude, disrespectful, lie and are involved in criminal mischief and activity. The security service is a joke if not part of the security problem. The construction and mantainance of the apartments is the worst I've ever seen in areas that haven't been declared disaster areas. Electrical wiring should be inspected by officials and poses a real fire hazard. Prostitutes, drug dealers and stereo blasters run rampant. Your apartment is entered at will, with no prior or post notice. Your money is definately welcome here.
